The Surgery

I created this 2 page layout with the help of Silvia Romero's Organizer Kit from Gotta Pixel.  I forgot to state that I applied for a position on Romero's Creative Team and I get to help the Creative Team for a couple of months.  Merry Christmas!!!  I'm working on a Christmas project to put in another contest from PPPR.
